Dog Returns - 

We're so sorry to hear that you are not happy with your Buffy and Nells products. We want you to be 100% satisfied - if you would like to return an item you can do so within 14 days of the delivery date. 

To return please use the contact form with your order number to confirm return. Once confirmed, please send your order to the address sent to you.

If you're returning from over seas - please include ENGLAND, UK on the address.

**Only products returned in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging will be refunded. 

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from when we have received your products. It can take up to 10 working days for the refund to show in your bank account.  

You will be required to pay return postage for an item unless it arrives damaged or faulty in which case we will require photographic evidence. If this occurs please highlight on the contact form in the first instance. 

Original postage costs will not be refunded unless an item is damaged or faulty. 

If you choose to return your item using normal untracked delivery then please ensure you get proof of postage otherwise we cannot be held responsible if the item goes missing on its return.

Dog Exchanges - 

No not changing your dog... but if you ordered the wrong size here is what to do. 

Exchanges: 

We’re happy to offer exchanges as long as the items are returned in resalable quality.

We send replacements out free of charge once we have received back your incorrect item. Please send your order back to the address provided via email including in the email a note with your name, order number and your exchange request. 

Please keep an eye on your emails as we will email you if there are any issues with your exchange.

Like all human accessories, dog accessories are subject to wear and tear and it is the responsibility of the owner to keep an eye on the condition to make sure it is safe for their dog to wear. If any product is showing signs of wear or tear it should not be used on the dog as intended. 

Buffy and Nells accessories are suitable for most dogs and for every day use, however if the dog has behavioural issues or are excessive pullers our accessories will have a reduced life span. We will not refund or replace accessories that have been misused or damaged by the dog. 

We recommend hand washing all our accessories, but never over 30 degrees.
